Responsibilities on Job:
- Conduct extensive and in–depth company and industry research, as well as comparable company analyses.
- Develop and maintain financial models for a company or set of companies
- Support various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
- Prepare presentations and other materials for client pitchbooks
- Prepare credit approval memos and marketing materials (offering memoranda) to aid in deal review.
Eligibility:
- Post Graduate (MBA’s / Masters) degree in Finance and Business Administration from reputed Institutions
- Engineering Graduates and Post-Graduates (IIT)
- 0-2 years (post-qualification)
Skill:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of design for software systems running on multiple platform types
- Understanding of basic testing, coding, and debugging procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
