Job Description:
PayPal is hiring candidates for the post of T&E Analyst.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors compliance and enforces global T&E policies and procedures.
- Ensures that controls are in place and consistently applied in line with recommended internal SOX practices.
- Manages communications and training to employees on policy updates and Concur tool new functionalities.
- Track, investigate and resolve travel policy violations; handles security issues and corporate card fraud cases with discretion.
- Acts as point of contact for escalations and a liaison with internal departments to improve customer service and resolve issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify T&E process improvements
- Provides guidance on PayPal’s internal financial controls (valid tax documentation, audit compliance, etc.).
- Assists the global T&E process owner to review, develop, and implement improvement
Preferred skill:
- Fluent in English- requires extensive verbal and written communications
- Must be able to handle sensitive, private information appropriately
- Minimum of 3 years relevant corporate credit card program and/or Concur Expense management experience
- Proficiency with SAP Concur and Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Accounts Payable is a plus
- Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions related to corporate policies
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills to balance and prioritize work
- Strong and effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Expert in reporting and analytics (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international virtual team
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic and changing environment
- Professional and positive approach
- Diligent with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Prior experience with Concur preferred
- Prior experience with credit card programs preferred
- Concur Expense
- Strong Reporting and Analytical skills
- Fraud detection experience is a plus

- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Any qualification or experience in Digital marketing would be an added advantage
