Job Description:
Groww is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Success Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound queries.
- Make sure users are happy with the product by informing them about its features and potential updates.
- Identify reoccurring issues and work with the product manager to fix them to further assist in the development and enhancement of the product.
- Uphold superior service standards by going above and beyond to guarantee client retention and satisfaction. favored
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate courses (BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/ PGDM).
- 50% cutoff – 10th, 12th and Graduation.
- No backlogs and Gap years during education
