Job Description:
HCLTech is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Service Representative for their Lucknow office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries and provide effective resolution via voice or chat.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with international clients.
- Work in night shifts to support global business hours.
- Maintain high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Education: Only recent passed Non-B.Tech graduates can apply.
- Note: Candidates with B.TECH, M.TECH, BCA, MCA & LLB degrees are NOT eligible for this drive.
Preferred Skills and Expertise:
Communication: Excellent command over the English language (Spoken & Written).
Grammar: Strong understanding of spoken English grammar rules.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word), basic computer knowledge, and a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
Shift: Candidate must be comfortable working in Night Shifts.
