Job Description:

PhonePe is hiring candidates for the post of Company Secretary Intern.

Responsibilities:

• Would be in charge of drafting documents for PhonePe entities' board meetings and general meetings, as well as filings with the Registrar of Companies and the Reserve Bank of India.

Skills:

• Ability to go beyond help center articles and understand the technical system to resolve customer queries

• Excellent verbal and written English language skills 

• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities
