Google is hiring candidates for the post of Quality Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic solutions and advise digital transformation to Google Cloud clients to help them accomplish their business objectives.
- Improve the way you communicate with consumers by developing your own brand and learning how to handle communications with C-level executives.
- To establish relationships and find areas where we can truly have an impact, use a combination of video conversations, events, and targeted approach.
- Collaborate with seasoned Google sales representatives to encourage customer participation in training sessions, marketing events, and other crucial initiatives aimed at increasing public knowledge of Google's offerings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region
